My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was superb, up in the hills on the way to Shymbulak, but the absence of human warmth and limited dining options were noticeable downsides. The rooms were spacious with a beautiful balcony view, and the service was exceptional, especially towards my elderly parents. The facilities were decent but could use some improvement.
